Instead of buying a battery charger.. why not get a better battery instead.. Optima..

It's all about use case. They haven't stated what it is exactly. Just that the warranty process failed them badly.

I got cheaper noname charger from Amazon and it never worked only threw errors, it was past return date when I finally tried it

If you buy something with a return window, you should test it within that period to verify it works as intended.

At the very least hook it up to your fully charged good battery and see that it turns on and says the battery is good and fully charged. If it threw a coffee then, you'd have a charger you paid for that works, or a refund. It's something I hear a lot from online buyers. Test your items when you first get them to save yourself time and money.
