Hi.  I'm a disabled teacher and have lived in the same condo in Phoenix for almost 20 years.  I've been considering changing my lifestyle for a few years.  I'm new to the idea of van life, but somehow it resonates with me.

For awhile I was considering tiny homes, but I finally realized that I'd never move something that big.  So I'd just be stuck in a new place without having the means to travel.

I ran across the CheapRVLiving site. I've watched almost all of the CheapRVLiving videos and many from other sites.  The videos were very informative and helpful.

Hi, Deborakaye, welcome to the forum! I researched tiny homes too but thought they were ridiculously overpriced these days. Then I realized it made more sense to spend the same amount of money and get something with an engine in it. A van! And I won't have to climb into a loft to sleep!
