Newbie trying to avoid mistakes

Just got a Transit 250 and spent days reading all the "how to" articles across the net. I got extremely confused rather quickly. Do this -- don't do this. Do that -- never do that. ..... Then I found this forum. Good articles with reasons to support the statements. Thanks!!!

Thank you for a warm welcome!!!!
Really nothing for picts yet. I got the flooring materials yesterday but it was too hot to do anything with them today (92!)
My goals are:

Natural as possible (no toxic chemicals of fumes, etc.)
Long life -- no or few moisture problems as we'll be anywhere from Colorado Mountains to Tennessee and beyond
Quick change from cargo van to camper and back again easily for dual purpose from one vehicle
Comfort.

I've learned a lot already from reading through these forums. This is a great resource!
