Greetings to all. Once again I would like to introduce myself in this van build thread simply because of new circumstances which affect my van life.
I’m a part-time public school teacher in addition to my regular 8-hour job, also a working student at night. Van dwelling helps me a lot in terms of travel time, in short I live part-time (i only get home to get my weekly clothings).
My second home is Ford E350 extended passenger van. I sleep on it but I took shower and toilet in our office.
Unfortunately, rain water penetrated my home and pandemic requires me to work from home so I took this as an opportunity to repair it and eventually travel while working.
Thus the new looks of my van/home. It needs to redo all the construction inside.
The PVC paneling is used in ceiling. Lucky for me I bought a used Maxxfan and installed it.
Here is my planned list of electrical in addition to Maxxfan:
80 watts refrigerator, 3 cubic feet 220V (24 hours plugged-in)
400 watts rice cooker 220V (optional use, may be during rainy days)
300 watts blender/juicer 220V (10 minutes daily at the maximum)
1500 watts electric kettle 220V (during coffee time only)
XX watts 12V coleman cooler
XX watts water pump (for sink and hopefully shower)
XX watts laptop/ipad and cell phone
XX watts led light
Two burner gas stove if outside cooking is not feasible.
Bucket for my toilet and probably an outside solar shower
Since I am now work from home (van in my case) I need to finish it all with some help local and abroad. I’m finishing my Amazon list of orders to be ship to my friend in CA who will ship it to me here in the Philippines.
I am now looking for inverter/charger 12V to 220V and hoping to get Battleborn battery. I think delivery via sea is an option if it cannot be loaded to airplane. I still waiting for Battleborn sales person to confirm it.
I am not skilled person so I rely only in YouTube University and to all you guys who are experienced in this way of living. Thank you all.
