Well kinda, I got the kit from "Hatch Lift" they take the guess work out of it. Although I had to improvise a little because they don't have a listing for a full size mattress so I got one for a heavy queen. but my mattress is heavy and it's 3/4 plywood so I lucked out it was perfect. Here is a link for them on Amazon,

Dang, I didn't know they had kits like that available. I thought maybe you just went to Autozone and got a couple for a Toyota hatchback. I may have to rethink how my bed is set up.

Yeah everything is included with the kit and the price isn't to bad I thought.  Highdesertranger

Looking good! I hope you bought all that wood before the Great Wood-demic of 2021. Those gas struts can be a pain to install, but once in, life changing. Also, so many fridges!

Well there are not a lot of pictures for this but there is a reason why I am including a water system post,

IMG_2498.JPG
Here is the water heater and the water tank.  the plumbing is not done as you can see.  Notice how dark it is in the back.

IMG_2500.JPG
BAM,   let there be light.  I added some LEDs so I could see under there.

IMG_2539.JPG
Done all plumbed up.

I just want to say this.  Dang plumbing kicked my butt.
So far the electrical all worked right off the bat,  no issues.
The propane all worked no leaks and everything fired right up after I bled the system,  no issues.

But the plumbing,  dang I had more leaks than you could count and some where very small.  I would get one fixed then fire up the system and find another one.  This went on for 3 days.  But in the end I got it done.  totally reran some parts,  you can see that in the pics look at the main feed from the tank to the first Tee.  But like I said it's done Now it holds pressure fine.

stay tuned more to come.

Net up electrical,  remember this picture?

IMG_2432.JPG
Notice the electrical panel on the right.  this was the temporary control panel

IMG_2496.JPG
Here is the permanent panel in place but you can see the temp panel is still in use.

The 120v input,

IMG_2444.JPG
Wiring the new breaker box

IMG_2495.JPG
Done that was easy.  LOL sorry no in-between pics.  If you notice quite a bit of time has past between the two pics.  In the second pic see the piano hinge and you can't really see but the plumbing is done.

IMG_2494.JPG
And the bed is back in.  So the big breaker panel(the new one) is for 120vac.  It has 4 breakers,  only 2 are in use at this time.  One is for the water heater,   and one is for the battery charger.  The others are for future use.  the small breaker box to the right of that are the breakers for the solar These are DC breakers.  The box to the right is where the solar input is and power wires go to the outside for lights.

New control panel,

IMG_2506.JPG
Sorry about the contrast,  OOPS.  but if you look close you can see the blue tape is marked for cutting.

IMG_2510.JPG
The back side

IMG_2548.JPG
And the front New switch panel is sheet aluminum.  above the switches is a Jensen RV stereo,  it does all kinds of stuff.  In fact it does stuff that I don't even know what it is but it does all kinds of alphabet stuff like  CD,  DVD,  MP3,  BT,  USB, AUX,  App,  A2DP, AVRCP and who knows what.  Then above the stereo on the upper left is my Bogart Boondocker Battery Monitor.  To the right of that is my on/off for the Suburban water heater and to the far right is the remote on/off for the inverter.  there is still plenty of room I still need a tank level gauge.

Onward,  first pic is the tongue if you go way back you will notice that there was nothing on the tongue except for the jack.  In the first pic you will see the battery box and the jack,

IMG_2474.JPG
Notice the jack handle.  Well I am tired of that It's got to go.  So,

IMG_2475.JPG
In this view you can see the battery bank.  Also mocking up the Propane and the new electric conversion for the jack.

IMG_2477.JPG
Better angle showing the conversion. Also in the background over by the Chevy you can see the water tank.

IMG_2478.JPG
In this view you can see the tubes behind the battery they are for storage of long thingys.

IMG_2534.JPG
weather proof box that has the up/down switch

IMG_2533.JPG
Done deal.  No more jack handle(stored for emergency) and two 30lb propane tanks all mounted.  The propane tanks have an automatic cross over so when one tank runs out it auto switches to the other.  then you can remove the empty and refill it without letting air into the system this keeps you from having to bleed the system every time you fill.

So do you remember this pic,

IMG_2510.JPG
See where the coat rack is and that whole wall that's a mess.

IMG_2508.JPG
Little different angle you can see the door in this pic.

IMG_2519.JPG
Magic the kitchen has appeared.  I had to have an oven as I love food ad I hate what microwaves do to food.

IMG_2524.JPG
A little different angle.  I made the counter top out of plywood that is edged and then I clear coated the whole thing in resin. You can also see a new window I added this one and one over my desk.

IMG_2528.JPG
In this view you can see the start of the upper cabinets and the range hood.  The range hood has a light and a recirculating fan with a washable filter.

I think that's it for now.  As far as major systems goes I have put a big dent in them.  All that's left is the waste tanks and the shower and toilet.  Yes I will have a black and grey tank So I will meet the self contained requirements that are becoming more common.

Wait wait, that old pickup in the background, with the utility body, go back to that!

Oh my Flying Spaghetti Monster. You have an oven =D

I want to camp near you when conditions are not good for baking with charcoal.

The truck in the background is my 1978 chevy 1ton dually crew cab with a stick. I am going to pull the utility bed off and swap it for a flat bed. with the trailer I don't need all that storage and it weighs a ton. It's been to the RTR's since 2015, so some of you have seen it.

Yes it's the largest common oven for a RV at 21inches. Your welcome to use anytime just as long as you share what's in it. LOL

Thanks rvwandering it's been a ton of work. But I see the light at the end of the tunnel.

BTW I have had a ton of help with this several members here and a few buddies in Arizona have helped so a big shout out to

Buck, Christine, Arnie, Allen, Bobby, Mark(both of them), Alex, Clint, Darlene, Jim, and Timmy

Thanks to all of you

So cool thanks for sharing the pics. The three burner stove is the perfect size for a mountain camp, and you need the oven to make coffee cake. What, you don't take coffee breaks in camp? Also love the battery box.
-crofter

There seem to be a lot of hammers involved with your conversion! Lol!!!

Thanks Crofter, Yes I take coffee breaks, so are you going to bring the coffee cakes? LOL

Bullfrog you can never have enough hammers. I even have one that you plug in. LOL
