New forum member saying Hi

Hi to all that are interested. My name is Seth and I just joined the forum in anticipation of starting my van dwelling adventure at the 2019 RTR. Building out my 1999 Ford E-150 Conversion Van now and should be completed (for now) by September.  Have so much to do with the van and house. Keeping my house for a passive income source. I am retired living on Social Security & a pension. I'd be lying to you if I said I'm not apprehensive and a little scared but have been researching the van life scene for more than 2 1/2 years and have watched a ton of YouTube videos on all subjects and have amassed a fairly substantial library of videos for reference. The amount of information out there is incredible and a bit overwhelming. Will close now by saying bye for now and hope to have the opportunity to meet some of you at the RTR.
