My Batteries and/or Charge Controller(s) Acting Up

Another update: The controllers will now go into absorption mode when I increased the absorption setting, but wont' stay there without a fair amount of sun. It will also go into float mode if there's even more sun, but it drops right out of float even at 15 amps of power. The batteries really don't want to hold a charge anymore.
