Mini wifi desktop?

Without the spec's on your big screen TV my guess is the graphic card in that unit will have a tuff time getting much of a picture to your big TV.
This is (read through all the reviews) an industrial tiny pc for running a program on a small machining center. Milling or Lathe most likely. The processor isn't able to update win 10/64 bit that is installed.
My opinion, a cheap used Dell laptop would be better. Look for a larger graphic's card and more RAM.

Someone else should chime in here with more info.

I'm looking for a small in size desktop computer that can pick up wifi that will send a HDMI cable to my large screen tv. As far as I know, a laptop is the wrong thing for that. This is not the only one of it's kind, there are many others more capable. In the reviews, people are sending the signal to large monitors.

I posted basically the same question on Amazon and got these responses.

Please note, NEO Z83-4 Pro only supports up to 4K @ 30fps.
