Its an 02 but only option right now. Will be boondocking so might end up sleeping in a tent instead.

At least you have an option.  Have fun and good luck out there.

You can prob set up a bed inside for the times you don't want to pitch a tent or the weather is wild. Plenty of members here in smaller vehicles. Not that tent sleeping is a bad thing, I've gotten some of the best sleep of my life in a tent.

Getting out there is half the battle, the good views and good weather you're able to follow being a nomad don't care what type of vehicle you're in, mother nature doesn't discriminate.

Looking at images of the interior you should be able to fold your back seats forward and move your front seats forward as far as you can for extra length. You may have one side that is wider than the other. If so you can fold down the wider side & use the other seat to sit in. A small cooler will fit under the head of the bed. Some people just use a mattress & pile stuff under the space between the mattress & front seat to make it level to sleep. I have a wooden frame that folds with hinges in two places that allows me to fold it back into the cargo area so I can use both back seats when I want. I figure a small tent can hold extra items if I start to feel too cramped. With the plywood & 2X4 frame (mattress off) I can use the same plywood area from the empty back seat as a table or desk. Duffle bags with clothes neatly rolls inside seem to take less space then plastic drawers. Under the back cargo area you may have some storage or your spare may be there.

Just consider it a "steel tent" for now. Many tents have less space in them and you are at least safe from most weather.
