Long Beach CA Suggestions

Hey guys! We are looking at a possible job for hubby in Long Beach. I've looked online for RV sites (long term) and found mostly just super expensive ones. I would really rather not spend $1,300.00 a month if I don't have to. Has anybody come across any good ones that won't cost me an arm and a leg? I need all of my limbs for walking and making coffee and stuff.

This place in Anaheim runs $720 + utilities
It would be a 20 to 30 minute commute

It has mixed reviews on Google, but it's all I could find that wasn't in the high end or further away
