Locking Rear Differentials for non-awd van

hi,

I am looking at chevy express/ gmc savana awd vs non-awd van  as well as locking rear differentials for the non awd van.

Basically i  am asking how much would it cost to put locking rear differentials on a 2500 GM van just like what bob wells has on his current gmc savana 2500 van.

Assuming you can get the unit for the year and make of your rear axle, you can buy those units for around $600-$900 or so the last time I looked, and either install it yourself or have a shop do it...for probably a couple of hundred dollars for labor, maybe more, depending on the shop of course.

My 07 Express 2500HD has a Dana S60 (Super 60) differential. I haven't been able to find anyone that makes a locker for it.

I’d recommend your local 4x4 shop to install the locking diff.
