13.0 volts?  That's way too low!  You should be charging at about 14.4 - 14.6 volts.

Hmmm ... maybe my cable run is too long. 20 feet of 10awg from the panel to the CC. I'll test later with just the pigtails.

There is a problrm with some connections.  MC4 is not ment to be used as a plug.

All connectioms are sound and have been testes wnd to end with a multimwter.

As for the MC4s I wanted some practice with them before I didnthe big system and I'm glad I did. I ended up wasting severa cause I did a poor job or did it all together wrong. Dislexia sucks sometimes.
