Is this a fuse? (found in parking lot)

I was getting my computer bag and water bottle out of van and saw this thing on the ground. A tad beaten, but it's not a data storage device as far as I can see. But was thinking it might be a fuse. Sorry, phone has lousy camera.

Your phone camera seems to want to focus about 2" further away than you're letting it.

Not sure what that is. It doesn't look like a usb drive. It does appear to have two electrical contacts on that end. Does the black side come off?

Dang, cant tell what that is....almost looks like a flint dispenser!

The ashtray is clearly visible, how about backing up a few more inches, post the clearer pictures, and then we can zoom our browsers...

Nevermind, the pics my phone takes will not improve. Thanks anyway....Oh and the "Ashtray" is the bottom of a water bottle, I quit smoking years ago.

lol....well it looked like a glass ashtray when I looked at it for a few seconds earlier....and of course now I see thats it NOT an ashtray...

If you find water bottles in the future and need them ID'ed, I won't be of much help.

If you don't figure it out, keep it for a while, It may have come from some of your equipment. I'd keep it in a toolbox or some such for a while in case its absence is later discovered. Throw it out after a year so otherwise.
