mine is a good BBQ  ....so many styles, Memphis, Texas, St Louis ....
Then it's ribs, sliced, pulled ...
  and pork, beef ... OMG

So what is you's bbq choice or if your have another choice of food tell me
.

Food, all food. Food that makes your eyes roll back in your head type of food.

I love baby backs with a light dry rub and slow cooked in my solar ovens. Corned beef in the same oven so tender that it can be sliced with ease by a butter knife. fresh baked bread. The list goes on but you get the pictue

I love good BBQ. My favorite thing is Texas Style big beef ribs smoked over post oak.

I give Jim's ribs a big thumbs up. I never thought that a solar oven could cook ribs like that. he's got my vote. highdesertranger

I love me a good burger. I'm not a burger snob; I can enjoy In n Out, Five Guys, the Habit, or a one from a sit down restaurant... I do think BBQ at home tops them all, though. We have a good butcher dept at a local grocery store where I buy fresh 80/20 ground beef. I typically season with Montreal Steak Seasoning and grill on the BBQ. Toast the bun and top with lettuce, pickle, 1000 island. It really doesn't take to long to prep and cook and it comes out so much better.

I think the meat is the key. It needs to be fresh. Costco is fine (but so much). I don't really trust Safeway ground beef, though. Rough shape the patties. Don't manhandle it. Seems to come out juicier.

Burgers, Tex-Mex (spicier than standard Mexican), chicken fried steak, pizza and of course BBQ Texas style.  Come to think of it most food............. :p  Not much into Italian though.
