I have been living off the grid in AZ for years,  in a house I'm building. As this project will come to an end, I hope:), I thinking about what to do next. I've got only a few more good adventures ahead. I really would like to see more of the world before it all collapses so I'm trying to improve on the plan of just getting a small step van or small converted van, take my kayaks, bikes and wifi connection:) (I love being part of the globalization from the middle of nowhere)

and travel around and explore every water way that I can find a way into.

Anyone have any suggestion on how feasible that is and any good suggestion on places to see and equipment to have. I'm single and will have no real constraints, once the house is done, except whats between my ears so I'm open to any ideas and would love to hear your stories.
I want to escaping the flagstaff cold. I like living off-grid and growing food but I need to skip out during the winter. It's just not as much fun as it use to be.

I cann't make the RTR this year but I have it in mind for 2019.

A little about me, I didnt make it through the 2nd bush recession. The corp I was working for gave my job to someone in east cheapeststan, its the corporate immigration fraud that you never hear about, and I decided to give my spot on the freeway to someone else and build a house. I could have stood in line with 10,000 other unemployed sw engr and go broke slowly or build a house and go broke in a hurry.

Thats me in a nut shell.
