...and you want to cover the bare walls of your cargo van, there are a handful of companies offering custom fit wall and roof panel kits. They're a honeycomb core covered with polypropylene and designed to screw to the ribs using existing holes. You could fill the space between ribs with insulation. However, it ain't cheap. About $525.00 for walls and another $500 for the roof.

At the price of plywood lately that might be cheaper especially if you mess up a few sheets!
 
When you consider that those are kits and the panels are. Pre cut tyo size for specific. Va n models it is not all that bad. Of as price. A great jump start and not and not as many tools to buy. Also easier to do if you have no garage space to work in.
