Just getting started in the real solar world.  Have tinkered with those hobby store kits before.
Getting ready to make a real install.  see: https://vanlivingforum.com/showthread.php?tid=31476

Have a 12 volt 4 watt panel I use in my weather station to move air around the temp/Humidity sensor.
Just sits there year after year running a small computer fan.

Looking forward to all the information.   Really enjoy Bob's in the field videos.

Welcome, BobW55! I used to work in the hobbyist solar world as well. Mainly solar for running microcontroller-based applications. It's amazing what a little regulator called the PB137 can do to simply a solar connection to an SLA in a project.
