One of those ain't NEVER gonna be stealth, so go with bright electric yellow with glitter-based fairies all over it, with a finish that glows in the dark. Maybe some Christmas lights, too.

stealth? nope everyone is gonna be attracted to those for sure!

other than repel.....paint the words EBOLA TESTING MOBILE RESEARCH LAB on the side and you might get either more notice from law enforcement or people will give you the widest and most isolated attention you crave

You'd need some no-see-um paint. You can buy that the same place you can buy nonobtainium!

Actually, call DARPA. They have fabric screens that project images from a camera on the other side. like a cloak of invisibility.
