Hey there!

A mix of choice and self-induced circumstances, I'll be moving into my 2011 Ford Fiesta at the end of the month. I quit my job a week ago (wasn't planning on it) and I'm running out of money. I could make it through the end of July in my apartment, but that would just wipe out the reserves. I'm taking this as an opportunity to drastically cut costs while working a couple jobs. I'm 21, single male, and boredom can be a killer, so I may as well work. Once I pay off my debts/loans and have a little saved up, I'd like to get away from it all and travel a bit.

Work hard, play hard, and all that good stuff.  :D

I'm a bit nervous about going through a Wisconsin winter though... perhaps I should push my limits and move...  :-/

Good morning, I am planning on moving into my Subaru Outback this summer and then save like mad for a van...there are many seasoned full time folks here with lots of knowledge to share. Good luck...life is an adventure.

Welcome BrokenMouse. I am the east of you (across the lake) so I can relate to your concerns about winter. There are a few members here who live in a Prius, so a Ford Fiesta is doable.

Welcome aboard Mouse!
The general thought is that going south for the winter is a good idea.
But then , there are those that Just Ain't Right.
