Female 34 y.o. from Norway. Living in a 23" Albin Viggen, the smaller sibling of more famous Vega.
Found the vandweller site a couple of years ago, while pondering how to live my life in accordance with my soul needs, not just buy an throw away.. considered vans and other vehicles but due to cost ended up in my beautiful little home along with my cat.

Living in a tiny sailboat results in many similar questions.. so hoping to share and join in this community.

(English is not my first language, so please ignore my linquistic faults)

I used to live on a sailboat for 5 years, and yes, there are quite a few similarities to van and RV living.

Hi "From Norway"!

I looked up your little boat - nice! I lived on a 41' wooden salmon troller with my husband and toddler daughter decades ago. I like living on boats. It really does put things in perspective, doesn't it? I hope you get out to sail a lot.

I learned to sail in my 50's. I originally intended to be a liveaboard but my skill level was too. So a Toyota Chinook it is instead. Still love the water though. I've lived in a little floating home in Portland for 7 years and it's been a good life.
