My name is Duane, I'm 58, I'm looking for my next van. I'm an old school sign painter, airbrush artist, pinstriper. I have also been a land surveyor, auto mechanic, and a few other things. I'm going to become a vandweller partly out of need, mostly out of want. I want to see this great country of ours. I've been up and down the east coast many times, now I want to head west!  I have worked at a custom van shop back in the 70's, and really enjoyed it! I have read a lot on here, still have plenty more to go, this is a great resource for van people. I live in north Florida for now. I'm looking forward to meeting local vandwellers and hope to share resources with ya'll. Just let me know how I can help. Thanks Bob for this great forum, I know it helps many people !!

Hi, Thanks for the welcome. I see you have a wheelchair traveling blog, My best friend was parapalegic, He passed a couple of years ago, Thanks for your blog, I'm sure it is helping many to get out and see the world !  Duane
