I ordered a Camp Chef oven range combo yesterday from Amazon. I will keep it in one of the side compartments of Snow Bunny for when I get a Hankering for Biscuits and Gravy :p or Pizza. Inside i will have a hinged drop down induction double burner. The sink will be hinged drop down as well into the shower space. The shower will not be enclosed (shower curtain) The shower base, when not in use, will be simply floor space. The sink water nozzle will will be detachable and extended over head when needed for shower. The sink drain will have a detachable drain hose which when attached drains directly into the shower pan drain. 60 gallon Water Tank will be installed inside under the bed. Hmm  water bed. I do respect minimalism, but i am more Into the use of space. Snow Bunny is a test bed that can be realigned to meet my needs/wants. It is also going to be my healing vehicle.

Liv, is that the 100W suitcase with charge controller included? Do you have a battery yet, way to connect accessories? 100W is enough to get you started.

FWIW, I just have a minimal system, 100W panel, battery, and 300W pure sinewave 120VAC inverter. This allows me to plug in a regular 120V Led lamp (60W Led bulb draws only 11W) and charge my laptop (takes about 40W). I just put the panel out in the daytime when the battery needs charging, similar to using a suitcase. Works for my requirements.

Hmm, I see a new picture added of a rainbow-colored Golden Retriever, and new bylines too. New life is taking form.

B&G, you're making me hungry, and I just ate breakfast. I think a water bed weighs about 1000 pounds. Your 60-gal water tank will weigh 60*8 = 480 pounds, which is already heavy. Be sure to balance out all the weights. For good measure, you also need a grey-water tank to catch the shower runoff. 100AH batteries weigh 60-pounds or so, so 800AH will weigh another 500-pounds.

I use a nice 3-layer 8" foam mattress and it's more comfortable than my one at home.

Yes, charge controller and a PaxCess Battery to recharge.

I agree- Pizza and biscuits!

This 'life' does not have to be wanting...

I did NEED to cook, though...even if it's just peace-loving, new-life doggie biscuits!

The 60 gallon tank will be centered right over the dually axle., The gray water tank will be forward of the axle on the left under the shower and sink. Will run 20- 30 gallons of freshwater while traveling, and top off before an extended stay. 11 cubic fridge aft left. Shower, Sink forward left. Stove top forward of the  Fridge left. 2-80"x29" 4" memory foam mattresses for the bed covering the water tank on right. The bed will be hinged to articulate up and lock into place. One of the mattresses can be used on a spare cot for a guest. When the bed is in the folded position a hinged table top attached to the bottom of the bed can be unlocked and positioned for dining. I will have to keep on hand complimentary and much needed earplugs for a overnight guest (I snore like a bear).

Also going lithium battery pack. Weighs about 10-20% of what AGM or lead acid batteries weigh and lasts a whole lot longer.

Liv, I like to cook as well, mainly comfort food. Water is life, food is love.

HS, I thought you had a van of some sort, sounds more like large covered truck with all the stuff you're putting into it. Step van? Greyhound Bus? U-Haul truck? Dump truck?

I don't know anything about those lithium battery packs, barely able to keep the AGM stuff straight. Where this one says can be charged off 12V, I don't think you can simply plug a solar panel with std charge controller into it. So not sure what you guys are thinking of doing. ????

I also have a mini-generator - a PaxCess= and so far, so good. I charge it anywhere and it takes no time.

My van is a 1994 Chevy 30 HD Dually 4x4  with 10ft cabin. It looks like an expedition vehicle. Snow Bunny has 30" clearance except for the Step for the Cab is 20". Head room in cabin is 78", soon to be reduced by 2 inches of insulation. The walls are done. Best part so far it has a chevy 5.7 (350). If it goes to heck a new one is readily available and inexpensive. The van was built special by Chevrolet and the Box was custom made here in WA. state. Also forward of the windshield is hinged and the front end swings forward. Hmmm  more hinges. If I knew how to attach a picture I would Post It. Most unusual van find.

I just ordered the 2000 watt Paxcess from Amazon, what a steal. Gas operated. Another item for Snow Bunny's Saddle.

This PaxCess isn't gas-operated. It last a good night with a quick charge. I guess I bought them for the JIC times. So far, so good, though. Wish you could post a photo of Snow Bunnyt. I can't find anything like her. Just curious...;)

Tried attaching pic but an error popped up and said the file was too big. I know my phone takes great pic's but come on. When you see Snow Bunny someday your Brain is going to go "Say What". or maybe not. That is what I thought when I first saw her.

Maybe I will get a .5 decal to put on her side not sure what glyph would represent Shadows.

I am not a dark person, just fell into the shadows again autonomically.

Liv, is it not a little peculiar that a halfshadow man miraculously shows up when you started talking about visitations from the Grey Man? I should wonder about this.

If you're still around Sedona, maybe best get away from the Vortex. Head for the wide open desert where you can see for miles in every direction. Be careful out there.
