This is the pan I ended up getting. A Swiss Diamond 8" fry pan. Non stick, no harmful residue etc etc. Guaranteed for life. Made in Switzerland. Can withstand 500 degrees in the oven. And you can use metal utensils also.<br /><br />Hopefully they make there pans like there watches <img src="/images/boards/smilies/smile.gif" alt="" align="absmiddle" border="0" /> <br /><br />I tried it out by making some blueberry pancakes the other day and it preformed flawlessly.<br /><br />50 big ones.
