After the water tank installs I was ready to run plumbing and found the usual chain of gotta do (A) before (B) which means it's time to figure out (C) and (D). Which is the shortened version of why this update is bulkhead and door and new intake/exhaust vent...not plumbing.

Oh, and finalized bathroom decisions that I've been all over the board with...pics that follow of my wet bath lean far more to stage props than functional, and there's lots of little framing/mounting/venting etc puzzles left to solve. But still, feels good to see it in place and taking shape.

I built a nice door with 1.5" foam and 1x2's ...2x4 is where I mounted the deadbolt:

The weatherstripping took some time to dial in, but I'm very happy with the end result...fit and function better than better than in million dollar homes    :)

And staged wetbath pics... 30" x 60" porcelain enameled steel base with 3-pc surround. Not pictured is dual 60" sliding bypass glass doors, frosted with a nice embossing...

Actually gained about 8" with this design...

None of the pictures were available to view. :( Says you have to update your account to enable third-party hosting. Would love to see what I read about.

Yeah, be sure to send Photobucket a TY note...extortionist bastards. Since I'm not planning on paying them $400/yr, this thread needs redone and that's going to take awhile :/

That's the pits about all the photos not available. Brad, since I can't look and don't remember, does your box truck have wheel wells or sit above?

I haven't had time to sort out picture problems, but if you have data to watch YouTube, I have a couple videos up.

Just finished (more or less) the wet bath and here's a look at it:

Here's a general overview video of build progress:

Thanks for the interest! :)

Hey Brad, Awesome build! found you on youtube.

I wanted to pass this along:

there is a patch to fix the photobucket situation

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...fegnfnflicjjgj

for CHROME only, obviously

and you MUST clear your browser cache for it to work.

after installing this patch, i was able to see the pics in your thread.

keep up the good work and I hope to see more pics/videos of your build.

Can confirm, bushido's fix works! :D Although all the pictures look lower resolution, but I'll take it. And I saved relevant pictures for my build back in the day.

But hey BradKW? Do you have enough insulation in place already that you could do your experiment where you see how long you can keep the box cold with the batteries/solar? I guess my question is, do you have enough battery/solar/insulation to keep the box cool all night during the summer? That's the dream imo. During the day it isn't so bad cause the sun is shining, you probably have surplus. And if it's cloudy/rainy, it doesn't take as much ac duty cycle to keep cool, so it's a self fixing problem. But at night after a hot day, I'd imagine it's the toughest test of a system.

Hi New here. Would love to know where you purchased the box truck and where you keep it
