Hello, I plan to take my first journey from Oshkosh, WI to head down to Quartzsite. I just bought my AllyKat, a 98 Tiffin Allegro, in July and it is fully carpeted with lots of stains. I would like to get flooring installed and I don't mind finding someone along the way who does that. Please let me know if you have any recommendations. Also, please let me know if I should be posting this elsewhere because this is really not a mechanical issue.

Thanks!

I moved your post to the "RV" section.
I don't have any recommendations but you could get a start on the process by removing the carpet yourself.

Save the carpeting to be the pattern for cutting your replacement floor/carpet. If you have to take it out in pieces, duct tape it together to re-form it.

Good idea! Thanks!

I replaced the old carpet with new in my 1989 Class B. The carpet was so old I had at least 2 cups of old carpet bits of disentigration under the carpet. No duct tape - I didn't want to breathe it.

I used scrapbook paper which is cardstock that's 12x12 inches square. Taped my pattern. I was able to get wall to wall without any gaps - a tight airtight fit. I also steam cleaned the floor before laying. The worse part was taking out about 100 screws that kept it in place around the dog house and wheel well areas.
