Simmer bone-broth in a cast-iron skillet.
Add chopped left-over vegetables.
Crack four eggs to poach.
Cover.
Do chores for about ten minutes.
Remove from heat, sprinkle shreds of seaweed.
Drizzle Drizzle some coconut oil or olive oil.
Hit with a few massive shakes of smoked salt.

We aim for twelve servings of vegetables daily.
This's a good start.
And apparently, chopping vegetables then letting them sit can dispel those nasty phytates, plus it increases their anti-oxidents.
