Conversion van window replacement...How?

Does anyone know how to replace the side windows on a conversion van?  I can't find instructions with video and/or pictures anywhere.  I know someone in this forum has done it but I'm unable to locate their thread.

Hi there,<br><br>We replaced&nbsp;a window on our van. You might want to check out our Picasa Album(from the second link), there are a few pictures in there that might give you an idea of what you will be dealing with. It is not easy but if you have the skills it's doable. Thanks Sox,<br><br>That window looks similar to mine.&nbsp; It seems there is a frame installed which my window fits into from the outside and then is screwed into from the inside.&nbsp; Does this sound familiar?
