Stealth is difficult "in-town" if not impossible but depends on the size of the town.
To hide in plain site you need to be in a parking place where a variety of folks are parking for longer periods for different reasons. Like around a university or hospital or a place where tourists frequent. Don't think about hiding, think about blending in.

yeah stealth is overrated. you are not hiding from anybody who wants to know. commercial plates have nothing to do with stealth that is not what they are looking for. oh BTW I moved your thread to topics that don't fit sub forum. highdesertranger
