thanks Brad that is really cool. at about the 2:50 mark I said to myself that kinda looks like it's going to be a crankshaft. a billet crank, I wonder what the specs on the steel the used? highdesertranger

I was wondering the same thing, especially once I realized it's a crankshaft...I went back to the start and looked at those first big cuts again. I was actually thinking it's aluminum based on the big cuts, but unless it was a demo to showcase machine in real-time, that wouldn't make sense...
