For those of you who have the Huffinton Post app on your phone, they have an excellent article this morning on Florida's reform of their Civil Asset Forteiture Law which enables law enforcement to seize your personal property under some rather non-specific circumstances.
There have been a couple of threads here on CRVL regarding how to handle LEOs during traffic stops; what to say and what not to say, etc. The potential threat of them taking "your stuff" is always brought up in these threads.
