1992 Chevy 30 Sun Sport:
Follow up on this little class B. I had left a note for the owner to contact me, and today I got a call. Turns out that this belonged to his father and mother in law, (now deceased). It has been "sitting" for about 7 yrs without being used.

Has 36,000 miles on it. I haven't had a chance to look at the inside yet, or drive it. He said it was in pretty good condition, (battery was taken out to protect electronics inside). He said tires were still good, but I think they may be flattened on bottom side due to sitting.

He told me the interior was well cared for by this couple, (haven't seen that aspect yet). He is going to take it to a good mechanic we both know for whatever servicing and repair is needed, but who I know is not CHEAP, which means it's not likely that RV is going to roll out of the shop with less than a couple K in repair charges at the least. Hoses, belts, fluids, and whatever other mechanical repair that needs to be done, not to mention tires. The exterior paint looks like it's flaking from being stored outside in the weather, and needs to be repainted or detailed??

I know Class B's are popular, and I'm hoping to get a good price on this if I can without this guy getting stars in his eyes. He may know as well as I do that Class B's are scarce as hen's teeth especially at a decent price if you can even find one! But! I am hopeful. Still need advice. As a lady, and a novice at this I feel at a disadvantage. But still, I've been extremely blessed with all the cars and other vehicles I've chosen as a single woman.

What should I be looking for?? And where can I get a blue book price on a Class B like this?

Thanks a zillion for any help,

Scarlett
