change username.

I want to change my user name from "Genew8"  to "Tulsatraveler'.  i think I've changed it in all the places I should, but the new one is not coming up.  As usual this site is not working right, do you suppose it could be me?

Only the administrators have the permissions to change a user's name.

I'll also do a search and change any remaining references of "genew8" to "Tulsatraveler" (e.g., if your posts were quoted).
