Campers with breathing issues

Are there any campers out there on oxygen 24 x 7? Is it difficult to get supplies without an address? Can they be delivered to nearby towns if you keep changing locations? Does Medicare allow this at all?

Second, do any of you require low altitude camping ? Where do you go when the desert grows too hot in the summer months?

I believe it is relatively easy to get oxygen at any office of your provider, regardless of State. I have inquired about using other providers offices and received a negative response. I have not looked into it further. Portable oxygen should be usable for night time sleeping, but I've not done it.
