Local Cat House:  I noticed a few cats over by a small Palm tree under the bridge here in Corpus Christi.  As I got closer, I saw why.  Some kind person had built a cat motel, I counted at least 6 cats.  Wood framed, black plastic covered in palms for roof.  Even a pan of water.  Bless em.

Turtle rescue:  the last 3 days have been unseasonably cold, in Corpus Christi, and local volunteers were out rescuing washed up sea turtles that were too cold to swim (hypothermic) They were passing out literature and asking fishermen to be on the lookout and call them if any were seen.  Saw 3 that they rescued, how cool is that?

I woke up at 3 a.m., had to relieve myself, and couldn't go back to sleep.  Why?  I'd been meaning to clean out and wipe the inside of my fridge for 2 days and hadn't got around to it.  It was nagging me. So grabbed the paper towels and spray bottle of vinegar and got er done.  That done, at 4:30 I laid back down and slept "nag free" until 7:30.

Loved seeing what the inside of your refrigerator looks like.

I'm sure you've mentioned it before, but what size and brand is it?

The girls said it was time to move so we headed on down to Port Watson Tx., population 226. Thanks to Freecampsites.net we also have a spot right on the Gulf, free of charge.  On the way down we saw a massive wind farm
