Back doors of van have been disabled?

I bought my Dodge 3500 Van from a daycare and the back doors wont open at all. I think they may have disabled something so the kids couldn't open the doors? seems sort of dangerous to me, but whatever lol. I want my doors to open!! does anyone know how to do this?<br><br><br>

Might try calling the person you got the van from and see if she can recommend whoever did it to begin with. Might be something simple but maybe not!!<br><br>gus<br><br>
