Haven't seen a mosquito for 6 months. Now, they are eating me alive. Half the screens are missing from this laundry room, as well as a section on the bottom of the door. I want to either go up into mountains where it's cold, or back towards the desert.

Ahhh, mosquitoes. Aren't they fun?! I can relate to being eaten alive. I'm practically toxic from all the repellent I've had to use up here, and they still get me!

Nana, I take it you're still using Deet products!  Time to switch to Picaridin. The other thing you can look at is treating your clothes with Sawyer's Permethrin.

I don't remember what exactly they're called, but maybe 10 years ago I got these little plastic bracelets at a dollar store to repel mosquito's. They came with a plastic pouch to store them in, and 10 years later they still work!

They may still be available somewhere. They only work for mosquito's though, the other bugs still drive you nuts, but at least don't bite.
