Astro AWD popup top camper

On Seattle craigslist. A 1997 professionally converted, popup top camper. It has 15,000 miles on a new engine. Does not state the overall original miles. Asking of 14,300 is obviously higher than other Astro vans that age because of the nicely outfitted conversion and the nearly new engine.
So if your dream vehicle is a pop top Astro all set up for camping then you might want to check the ad out.

Considering Sportsmobile gets about 11k for a pop top with bed and power (the pop top only on your van), that's actually a pretty good deal if the van itself is sound

they are playing with words, they say it has a "NEW REBUILT ENGINE" there is a huge difference between a new engine and a rebuilt engine.
first they say a "new rebuilt" then they drop the rebuilt and just use the term "NEW". they are being misleading and if on this part then what else.
