Another AZ newbie

Greetings from Northern AZ. &nbsp;I tried full-timing when I moved out here over 10 years ago, but ended up buying a nice little homestead. &nbsp;Now it looks like I'll be full-timing it again, as my son's dad will be retiring and building up on his property in CO. &nbsp;Am looking forward to a nomadic existence for a few years, as long as I can share it with my son<img src="/images/boards/smilies/wink.gif" border="0" align="absmiddle"> &nbsp;This looks like a great forum, wish I'd had this last time...
