For hot water I buy a 2 gallon garden sprayer from a hardware store.

I use a sprayer but heat water on the stove so I can shower any time of day.  The rest of the day it's sitting on the table outside my door with a dish pan. Handy for rinsing off a dish, washing hands, etc - just like having a regular sink at home.

For the shower enclosure, I'm thinking of hanging a break apart hula hoop with two shower curtains from the ceiling and then also using a separate hula hoop for the bottom of the curtains to act as a weight...

3/4 PVC pipe and 90 degree fittings don't have to be glued.  This makes them able to be taken apart rubber banded together in a small space.  I like this because a square gives more space for showering than a circle.

sojourning adam ;You might want to glue some of your shower rod system together ; those 90 degree elbows can get lost in the shuffle .
There is a u tube video on how to build a pvc shower rod . He makes a 36 inch self supporting square and a Sterlite tub to stand in  . I was thinking of using a water heater drain pan with a drain hose to a gray water tank made from 4 inch PVC under the 2001 high top conversion van .
