So, just bought a used 2005 eagle cap 800 ltd truck camper. Was trying to familiarize myself with it and don't have a user manual. Tried to call the manufacturer to get a copy of one. Sadly the company they dealt with went out of business and they stopped making the user manuals back in 2011/2012. Is there anyone out there who is familiar with this model so I can pick their brain?  :)

I tried to Google it, but nothing....
It's like any information on this particular model just went off the grid and into that black hole. I've spent most of the day trying to research it, and nothing. It's getting frustrating, to say the least.
When I called the company who originally sold it, they even didn't know where to direct me.

I contacted them before posting here, and I was told they stopped printing the manual for this model back in 2001/2012. And that the company they went through to manufacture the camper went out of business. Very frustrating......

There may not be any printed-on-dead-trees copies extant,

but that does not mean there isn't a PDF out there somewhere, either somewhere at the company or on the web unknown to them.

Lots of "pirate" scans of all kinds of old docs are out there if you spend enough time searching.

Also there may be a lot in common between yours and the newer version covered

That is something I was looking at, as well. Maybe just refining my search a bit better.  It's mostly the electrical stuff that I didn't want to screw up on and find where things were located.
