Id be curious to see their bed set up. He said they slept comfortably so i wonder how big it is. Could be part of the problem if they kept the bed in a permanent position (not sure if a day bed?), that would cut back a lot on space, especially if a queen which prolly goes from back of side door to rear. Id definitely be folding something that size up.

How much are you willing to or are able to build something, because that opens options up too.
