1997 v10 ford e350 thoughts

What do you think about a 1997 Ford E350 10 cylinder Van, it has 139000 and they are asking $3200.  I know it is going to be a gas guzzler, probably why they are asking way less then other vans with much higher miles. Anyway, opinions would be appreciated. Thank you! Oh and it has 100W solar panel, 1500w power inverter, and a 27DC deep cycle battery already in it.

I would think it's worth a closer look. Sounds like it could be a decent deal. If everything checks out shoot them a lower offer. Worse thing they can do is say no. Saving money is the same as making money.
