Hello,
What is the general opinion on the 350 V8 gas engine by Chevy?
I'm looking for something to take short trips around my state.
Thanks,
Raul

Super cute...me like! The 350 is Chevy's godchild engine! A lot of history with the 350; easy to find parts and mechanics that can work on them.

Wish it was me!  :D

350 is a good engine as stated.....you will likely get about 10 mpg hauling that around.

You haven't bought this yet? Seriously, if everything on it checks out, you should be driving this one home today!
As everybody has said, the small block Chevy is about the easiest engine to work on and get parts for. Heck, you can get a whole new engine and trans for less than about everything else out there.

The 350 Chevy (a.k.a. Small Block) is one of the greatest V8 gasoline engines of all time.

Yeah, must be fast on the draw, they sell quick. :)
But that's the risk when buying on Craigslist. You hurry and you get burned. I was waiting on buddy and mechanic to inspect it for me.

I don't rush, if another buyer wants to pay more and buy right away, they can have it.

The second one looks like it's a little newer?
Year, miles, price?
Any idea on service history?

At least you can stand up in it, lol!!!
