Thanks Rabbit Skipping breakfast in the morning and just drinking black coffee is how I lost 30 pounds. BUT ....... I put it back on, at least 20 pounds of it. So to pop in "lunch" in the HotLogic" and than it's ready in 2 hours will be better for me to lose weight. ;-)
