IMO the 7.3 was the best diesel Ford ever made! They are 300K mile motors with minimal maintenance, that being said you need to look at everything on the van, suspension, brakes, trans, etc. dielsels have good and bad points. MPG is better than a gasser but maintenance costs are much higher...

LavaLand RV park is an older park on the east side of Grants NM off 40, small park, 10-12 full timers live there. They get about $25.00 a night for a full hookup and they have a brew pub on site! Occasionally there is also a BBQ food truck in the park. They have decent showers and restrooms also.
