I did get in contact with  Sohi in Accord. He does not have a separate area for groups, but would just put us all in the same area. He would give us a discounted rate, but not as much  I had hoped for - $37 per night.  A bit too high...maybe "Sohi"? Another place might be Chenango Valley State...

I will poke around Savage! I made an inquiry to the SoHi Campground in Accord, NY.   Has great reviews, say they accommodate groups up to 100, not that we'll have that many. Anybody know anything about it? Individual camp rates are pricey, but hopefully we can get that down to a reasonable rate.

Hey Ped, There was a GTG that was going to happen in the SMoky Mountains in NC, but the organizer backed out.  I'm still up for that, if anyone else wants to, or I am willing to organize one closer to me in Upstate NY - for example, I found some State Parks in Maryland that have group camping...

Anyone up for a gathering in Maryland?  I found a state park with group camping, tents/cars/trailers/RVs up to 30', accommodates up to 25 people, total cost is $112, I'm assuming that's per night.  But still, if you get 25, that's less than $5 per person per night...
