It's a fantastic use of space, that's for sure.
 
When I drove truck I had a wooden box/cabinet with a bucket inside and a regular toliet seat on top that was covered with a wooden lid that was my desk/table with cup holders, book rack and office supplies box that my dad built for me. He put a little brass name plate on it that said "Jimmy's John"!
 
I've got a Camco flushable toilet in my van that has a nice, flat lid on it that works great as a table.
It sits right next to the bed and is the same height at the mattress. Works great as a night stand.
 
I'm confused as to how that thing works. If it swivels, the plumbing must not come straight down from the bowl... that doesn't sound like an RV style toilet to me... even a conventional home toilet with a trap exits more forward than where this toilet would pivot.
 
I can see how it pivots on the drain pipe, but with these one needs a black-water holding tank. Ups the whole build profile.
