Black Hills towns are much more affordable and then there are the other good things about SD like milder climate, fishing in big dams, cheap groceries, seasonal jobs, and did I say better weather?

You can count on a 40 mile per hour wind and 40 below zero in WY winters. Summers are better, 40 mile per hour wind with big hail. Enjoy.

Who is looking to relocate to SDak or Wyoming? I'm not.

Wyoming was a fantasy of mine back in 2014. Also, it was a time when I thought that access to sick care services would be important. Now, no prescriptions, no annual poke and prods. Eye doctor and dentist only. My Medicare provider is not happy, as I do not generate revenue for them, they want me to come into the barn, so they can milk me.

I like the mild winters here in lower Nye County, Nevada.

Summers, I just go dispersed when it hits 90s in May.

If the Dixie fire had not happened, I would still be dispersed. Came back home for the Air Con. Hard to breathe cruddy air at 7,200 ft and up.
