A radiator fan can be tamed via a PWM motor speed controller. BOth noise and amp draw will be reduced at lesser speeds.

I use inline counter rotating 120MM computer fans and a step down ring to exhaust air through a mushroom vent, About 150CFM for 0.6 amps
, but the radiator fan above could move 5x as much Air.

Fan speed control is Key, in my opinion.
