Vans wider than 6 feet ? split from Van Dimensions Sticky

Do "we" know of any vans that are wider than six feet across _inside_ at the back?  Got beds on my mind and I'm thinking that any van width less than about 6'6" will probably get old fast.

The semi-mythical vintage Dodge "Wide One" is the only van that exceeds standard van width. Finding one is similar to finding a unicorn.

You may have run across this modification in your research??? .... there are "Flares" available for both Sprinter and Transit van's rear side window cutouts. Here is a _link_ to one firm that has them available. I think any DIY could install them with some simple tools (and the guts to cut a whole in the side of the van!)
